I have to let my neighbor’s dog out when I come home for lunch when school starts (September 8th). I’ve never had a dog, but I know picking it up and throwing it out in a bag is a complete waste. So I was just wondering what I could do instead, but nothing drastic like, a doggy compost heap. Thanks. : )
