I want to care for the environment and respect my neighbors. I have picked it up in plastic bags and thrown it in the garbage but I feel it will take 1,000 years to decompose. I have left it in the middle of the street and let the cars turn it into fertilizer. Can you suggest a better way?

I live on the second floor of apartments I have four neighbors on this floor with me. They leave trash bags outside their door and their dogs poop on the grass down below. Is this bad feng shui?

Ok i am 13 and I have a chihuahua that goes to the bathroom in my FENCED back yard before walks. he does not poop anywhere out of the yar dnad if he does I go straight home and get a bag and pick it up. My neighbor comes over and yells at me saying I am a spoiled kid that needs to pick up my dogs poop. I tell them it was not my dog and to leave my property, After I get back from my lessons I find a bag of poop on my door step. Not seeing it I step on it and the bag burst and my mom made me clean it off the stoop. I walk over and tell them if they enter my property again I will through the shit at their flippin door. They did it again today! I know this is not my dog because the poop was like GREAT DANE shit! I refuse to pick up big pieces of poop that are not my dogs.
how can I get them to stop putting this ppop on my door step?

my dog is an indoor dog and the only time he is outside he is leashed and with me or my mom.
would it be wrong if I got the pop he puts on my porch and throw the open bag at his door?
aLl the times my dog has pooped on the walk and I have had to go back was no where near his house. The house he pooped at was my friends house and I told her dad I would be back with a bag and he was cool with it.

MY NEIGHBORS DOG IS DRIVING ME CRAZY! ITS A SMALL DOG AND TERING UP MY TRASH BAGS,IT WALKS AROUND MY BACK YARD AND EATS MY DOG FOOD,IT POOPS ON MY GREEN YARD IV WORKED SO HARD ON.IV ALREADY TOLD HER NICELY TO KEEP THE DAME DOG TIED UP OR IN HER FENC..IS THERE ANY LAWS !!FOR THIS PEST…IM A DOG LOVER,I HAVE A DOG BUT ALWAYS ON A LEESH,OR CHAINED UP..IT DOSENT GO WALKING AROUND ALONE..THIS DAME DOG GOTS ME PIST!!,,I NEED SOME OPINONS ON THIS ,,HELP

i’m about to get a puppy and i’m wondering if when i walk him and he poops, if i’m supposed to pick it up with a paper bag or something, or just leave it because no one would care?
i don’t want my neighbors to get mad at me when they see what my dog left in their front yard…
