dog poop bags

I have 2 ferrets whose litterbox I empty twice a day. For their litter I use a combo of recycled cardbord stuff made for small animals and shredded mail.
The problem is– I empty it into plastic grocery bags and throw them in the trash. It makes me cringe every time, but I just don’t know what to do instead.
I’ve seen that they make biodegradeable dog poop bags, but those are too small.
What can I use?

how do all the people who support the plastic bag bans suggest we dispose of poop?

dog poop bags

Dog poop, cat litter, diapers, ostomy bags (for those who need them)… I am not willing to pick up dog crap with a paper or cloth bag! Although plastic bag bans might get rid of some bags, it would also mean that people who rely on plastic bags for waste disposal will be paying for plastic bags and more of those will be manufactured. There are some messy things that you just can’t dispose of in paper or cloth. And yes, I do use reusable cloth bags for groceries, but I still need plastic bags for some stuff!

dog waste bags

hey, i am a 14 year old girl and i’m pretty keen to get some extra cash.

the holidays are next week and im going away the first week, so i thought i’d put up flyers in the second week and continue it on after school and on weekends.

im considering “Tails & Trails” as the name
and the price will be 10$ every hour.
the customer will probably ask for one session per walk so it will just be one hour.
my times will be between 4:00 and 6:30 on weekdays after school and between 10:00 and 4:00 on weekends.

i live in australia and were i live is a pretty trustworthy town.
my clientele will most likely be the elderly and people with hectic lives.

i dont have a parent who can take me to the clients houses to pick up the dogs, so they would have to drop of their pet or i would walk to their house if they lived near.

i’ve heard about having insurance and i dont think this will be a problem because i will walk it along the streets and if i see another dog i will restrain the dog from going near it.

i wont ask recless around the dogs and i will be on me best behaviour.
i will take plastic bags with me for waste disposal.

would this be a good idea for me.
i cant get a job for another year and i want to have my own money and stop asking my mum.

thanks
xo
